Every year, Skytrax presents the World Airline Awards, which are known as "The Oscars of the Aviation Industry", as the highest performing airlines receive the awards. The highly independent nature of the awards, means the process is very legitimate. Feedback from customers who have flown and reviewed their experience on the airline they have flown with, determines the winners. Congratulations to Singapore Airlines on taking out the title of "World's Best Airline" , for 2018. Last year's winner , Qatar Airways, came second. Here is the Top 10 "World's Best Airlines" list:
